Our beans are triple inspected throughout the beans journey from Indonesia to the United States. First, they are inspected by our farmers who have hundreds of years of wisdom and experience growing these gourmet pods.  The second inspection is before bulk vacuum sealing for transport and to ensure no mold has developed. The final inspection is done at our warehouse moments before packing your shipment. We check the smell, quality, and appearance if any mold has developed a final time. Once all of these are checked, we vacuum seal our vanilla beans in our beautiful custom industrial vacuum pouch to a tight 28 HG vacuum.

Storage: Vacuum packed/sealed bag preferred to ensure fresh beans. Shelf Life of approximately 2 years if properly vacuum sealed.

Happy!

I got my beans in good time and good condition! I started my new batches of extract same day, using white rum this time. I now have 3 batches curing - 1 with vodka, 1 with bourbon and now 2 with rum. Very happy with the quality and the price.

One of favorites! The beautiful Tahitian!

I love this flowery and fruity vanilla! I just bottled a case of it. It's not boastful. It's soft, delicate and gives an amazing flavor to butter cookies!. I would like to try it in Creme Brulee. One of my favorites. Good price too!

New Adventure worth taking!

After many years of baking and making coffee creamer, I decided it was time to make my own extract. I ordered a starter pack, the jar, vanilla beans, and funnel. I kept one bean back for vanilla coffee creamer. Oh my goodness! The very best coffee creamer I have ever had! Knowing it was free of ingredients that are not good for our body made me even more convinced that making from scratch was the winning ticket. I am excited to keep watching as my extract begins to take flavor (I used vodka). I have already added more beans and jars for a new order for Christmas presents.

These are some of my favorite beans . I will use these beans when I dont want the vanilla to be center stage beans when I don’t want the vanilla to be very yet stage but there as a supporting role. It’s wonderful . So floral but seriously I think overlooked
