Refund policy

Returns
Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Returns need to be approved by VBK in order to receive a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original vacuum sealed packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, cannot be returned as these are food items.

Because this is a perishable item, any concerns must be brought to VBK within 72 hours of marked delivery. This includes any broken seals, mold, or missing items. We cannot rectify a situation 4 weeks down the road if you failed to notice the issue upon delivery. The buyer understands this is a perishable food item and will treat it as such. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a few days. Returns that are made for personal reasons may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% and may be deducted from their refund. Packages that are unable to be delivered for reasons outside of VBK's control (wrong address provided, unable to forward, etc.) may be subject to the restocking fee and be deducted from the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you believe you should have received a refund but have not yet, please check your banking information to see if the funds are pending. If you aren't seeing documentation of a refund, please contact us at support@vanillabeankings.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and documentation of the defect or damage is provided. Return shipments must be received within 10 days of arranging the return or within the 14 days of initial item receipt, whichever is longer. 

Shipping
If a return is being made due to personal reasons, the cost of the return shipping will be responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund has been approved, the cost of postage for initial shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Any estimated dates are just that-estimates-and can not be guaranteed.

If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that the item will arrive to our warehouse.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be requested to be cancelled before they have been shipped. We cannot guarantee a cancellation request can be honored but we will do our best to accommodate.

Subscribe & Save Program Cancellation
Subscriptions created via our Subscribe & Save program require a minimum of 2 completed orders prior to cancellation.
