Our beans are triple inspected throughout the beans' journey from Indonesia to the United States. First, they are inspected by our farmers who have hundreds of years of wisdom and experience growing these gourmet pods. The second inspection is before bulk packaging for packaging and to ensure no mold has developed. The final inspection is done at our warehouse moments before packing your shipment. We check the smell, quality, and appearance one final time. Once all of these are checked, we vacuum seal our vanilla beans in our beautiful custom industrial vacuum pouches to a tight 28 HG vacuum.
Storage: Vacuum packed preferred to ensure fresh beans. Shelf life is approximately 2 years if properly vacuum sealed and stored.

Being a life-long lover of vanilla, I can’t believe I’m just learning that I can make my own extract at home. The gentleman at the liquor store could tell I was out of my element, and as soon as I said vanilla he knew exactly what I needed. I received the Tahitian grade B beans and was surprised by how many are in an ounce. I’m making 7 cups w Grade B and 80 proof vodka to bottle and give away as gifts. For fun, and to taste the difference, I also mixed up 3 cups of Grade A Madagascar with bourbon. Looking forward to Thanksgiving when we’ll try them!
