I used this in a recipe I'm developing for gluten-free orange currant spice cakes. While the texture left a bit to be desired (not the vanilla's fault), the taste was outstanding. I'm glad I bought a large size, as I use vanilla in many things (baking, oatmeal), and I look forward to using it in the future.
This is the second time I have ordered this vanilla. It has been excellent for my cooking and baking recipes. I will continue to order this product. Shipping as fast and product was packaged well.

Wonderful vanilla taste
Both their vanilla bean paste & vanilla extract is beyond worth it! Made cheesecake as soon as they were delivered (which was very quickly) and now I just keep thinking of things I wanna bake, just to use the vanilla 😆 VBK is also on point, with their customer service (I accidentally ordered 2 pastes instead of 1 paste/1 extract and they fixed it right away for me, before it shipped). Amazing vanilla, great customer supports & prices- you won't be disappointed!
I saw a lady baking on Reels and when she added the vanilla she said "THIS IS VANILLA BEAN KING, TRY IT, IT IS REALLY GOOD VANILLA". So I went online and ordered it. Made some brownies a few days later, used my new VANILLA BEAN KING vanilla and the brownies were great. I highly recommend using VANILLA BEAN KING vanilla for all and any baking that you do.
