good flavor

This is sugar with vanilla bean mixed in it. The vanilla flavor is quite fragrant, and it really adds a good flavor to the sugar. It's quite pricy so I save this to use for my daily coffee and tea to get some added vanilla flavor to the drink.

Wonderfully sweet vanilla that is perfect for coffee

This Vanilla Sugar and is pure tasty sweet goodness. The vanilla flavor blended with the granulated sugar is the perfect addition to my morning coffee. This is definitely a very nice quality blend. The vanilla flakes have a nice moist feel providing it with a rich flavor that dissolves nicely. I love that this benefits the children of Madagascar by providing educational essentials including the rebuilding of schools. I'm very happy the the pure ingredients of just Sugar and vanilla beans and definitely recommend.

Makes the best cold foam

I've gotten into the habit of adding vanilla sugar to whole milk before turning it into cold foam for my brewed cacao. This vanilla sugar doesn't have the birthday cake scent of the vanilla sugar I have been using, but the taste is better. The foam has little black flecks of vanilla in it. There is nearly a year and half left before the expiration date. This is my favorite vanilla sugar so far.

Delicious but pricey

I have used this on my French toast, in a peach dump cake and sprinkled on sugar cookies before baking. It has been delicious. I do think it is pricey for only 12 ounces of sugar.

Lightly perfumed with vanilla

In my opinion, the vanilla was not overpowering, making this a good choice for more delicate baking or even in your coffee.Soft and natural fragrance. Nice to sprinkle on top of cookies before you bake them, especially shortbread types.A bit pricey, but vanilla is so expensive these days. Vanilla of any kind.

Delicious sugar blend

This pure vanilla bean sugar from the Vanilla Bean Kings Store comes nicely sealed in a package that a a zipper to reseal it. When you open the package you are hit with the lovely smell of vanilla, it's smells fantastic. This is great mixed in coffee, as I love vanilla. It would also go quite well on oats I am sure or on baked goods as a topping, but right now I will enjoy it in what is closest, coffee.One teaspoon of this delicious blend is 15 calories and four grams of carbohydrates. The package has a best by date clearly marked, mine is about a year and a half from date of receipt.

Excellent vanilla flavor and aroma

This vanilla sugar smells and tastes great! It is real vanilla bean and it has a very deep flavor that complements the sugar well. Each teaspoon of sugar has 1/3 of a vanilla bean (powdered). So it is real vanilla, not vanilla flavoring.It could be used in baking, but I like using it as a garnish -- for example, on top of blueberry pancakes and on top of plain oatmeal. I try to keep my sugar consumption low (and I don't like the "fake" sugars). One teaspoon of this vanilla sugar has 4 grams of sugar and 15 calories. Adding a teaspoon (or even less) adds great flavor and sweetness.

Works well for flavoring homemade dairy replacer

As someone allergic to dairy, I now make my own dairy replacer. It can help to add sugar and vanilla to homemade "milk" in order to help with the flavor. That's what I've been using this for. It's really convenient that both of these ingredients are combined into one, so I don't have to get out two different things to add.I can't think of much else that this might be used for that I would make, because I would follow a recipe's sugar to vanilla ratio rather than use this, but it works well for dairy replacer (which is less precise), and might be nice flavoring for a beverage, or sprinkled on something in a small quantity to add some vanilla and sweetness.The flavor and quality are great!
