Oh my! My first order of two packs of vanilla beans (5ea) is wonderful. Opening the packs immediately flooded me with a sweet vanilla scent. The pods themselves were plump, pliable, and moist - the best I have ever purchased! Extracting the caviar was easy, so all is now soaking in vodka for however long it takes to produce whst looks to be a flavorful vanilla for my use and for a few gifts at Christmas time. Thank you for a superb product!
