First, the Good. I ordered six bottles with swing top lids, a collapsible funnel, and some labels for the bottles. I had decided to make some homemade Vanilla. I was so excited when my package came in the mail. The Bad, two of my bottles were broken in transit. Shards of glass were all over the box so taking the unbroken bottles out was a bit scary. I finally got everything out of the box. I noticed that the Collapsing funnel was broken as well. So I sent an email nd was answered quite quickly and politely. Sweet Courtney told me she would need a photo of the broken bottles and then new ones would be sent to me along with a new funnel would be sent to me right away. I sent the photos, she got them and I waited for my package.
Now for the Ugly, I got my bottles in today, no funnel, and no lids on the bottles. My husband bravely went through all the glass in the box I threw away and got the two broken bottle out. Took off their lids and put the lids on the new bottles. I’m not writing another email.
The labels were great! They were hjgh quality. I will order again.

Appreciated the fact this label has a place for you to date your creation and it was easy to apply and remove until I was satisfied I had it straight. I also like the fact there are directions right on the label how to prepare your beans before immersing them in your alcohol of choice.

These labels are cute, but I would love it if there were spaces to add what alcohol was added, proof, etc. The instructions in the back are fine, but if storing or a gift, the extract would have already been made, so the instructions aren't that useful.
This is not my first order. I will continue to order from Vanilla Bean. Quick service and everything as described. Going to make some extract with my granddaughter. Labels ate perfect too.
